Please select your parts carefully, We do not refund dispatched orders unless when received they are in damaged or not as advertised condition.
In the case of customer receiving a defective or damaged item, Please contact us immediately.
Brothers Performance is in no way is responsible for incorrect part choice or incorrectly installed parts resulting in damages.
In the case of a defective part under warranty, Please contact us immediately, once we have received the damaged goods we will dispatch new items freight free.
Once Brothers Performance has received your returned goods and warranty claim, we will then forward them to our supplier for review, if your claim is successful, we will contact you to discuss reimbursement or replacement of goods.
